Building Business Resilience event to provide key SME advice

We are delighted to host an important must attend event for regional SME contractors in the construction industry.

We’ll be joined by James Lumb and Jane Garvin for our “Building Business Resilience” event to discuss the lessons that construction companies can learn to help manage risk and build smart practices into their businesses.

The session will offer practical, commercial and legal tips to help navigate stormy waters and assess risk including early warning, cash management and identifying supply chain and client resilience and also cover Directors duties.
